At FaithWorks we believe that God has blessed each church with a unique culture to express His goodness to the world. So when you are a part of, our worship with, our church family, it is our prayer that you personally experience God in our unique culture.

We believe that the Bible is our guide to truth. At FaithWorks we teach the word in an expository manner so that we learn from Scripture the context and lesson presented to us. The Bible is a living book and we believe the truths are not only for the past, but for today and all eternity!

Love knows no boundaries just like the love of Jesus. He was not limited by the thoughts and prejudices of his day. He loved the outcast as well as the ostentatious. He wasn't afraid to touch those who the world deemed worthless and nor do we. Jesus never looked at pedigree, skin color, or financial status. Because true love see's the worth that God created in all people. Love feels the pain and also moves to bring comfort through the power of God's Spirit. Our goal At FaithWorks AG Church is to love like Christ did, unconditionally.

In Romans we read "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing,so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope." It is this same spirit that encourages, strengthens, and revives us. It is hope in God that fights depression, property, sickness, and despair. we have a spirit of Hope at FaithWorks AG Church and it is this hope that inspires us to press on and lean into the Lord in our time alone but also in our time as a fellowship of believers. We are a church of hope and support for one another waiting on God and His provision. For this we are truly thankful.

The purpose of worship is to glorify, praise, exalt, and honor God for who He is. As a church and as individuals we do this through a number of ways, through our music and song, through tithes and offerings, through the giving ad listening of the message, and through our fellowship. At FaithWorks AG Church we seek to worship our Lord in a fully heart-felt manner. To each that looks different but the Lord is pleased when we worship him with a right heart. We chose to welcome our differences and allow the Holy Spirit to guide our worship to the Father with life but decently and in order.

Jesus told us that after him would come, the Counselor, the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in His name and He will teach you all things. The Spirit Of God was as present in the creation of the world as He is now. We love to feel that Spirit within our congregation, in our worship, our prayer time, and in our fellowship. The Spirit is alive in our lives and guides us in our decisions, our thoughts, ad our actions. We are a Spirit filled body of believers.

The Bible challenges us in, "Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men". We are to have an attitude and goal of excellence. We hope that this comes across in your experience at FaithWorks. We are far from perfect but our goal is to serve the Lord in Excellence through our actions, our facilities, our service to one another, and our behavior. We are also encouraged to, "run with perseverance (or excellence) the race marked out for us." To strive for excellence in all that we do. To "attempt" to reach this standard is pleasing to the Lord when it is done for His glory.

Our entire belief structure as Christians is about forgiveness. Christ has forgiven us and should we not also forgive each other? Our goal is to speak and support each other with an attitude of forgiveness knowing that with the same measure that Lord has forgiven us (Matt 7.2). We all fall short of the Glory of God and need His forgiveness (Rom 3.23). We are thankful to  the Lord for the opportunities that we have here on Earth and in our congregation to offer that same forgiveness to fellow members of this congregation.
